  Went to this place for the first time today. There Grandpa Sicilian Pizza is to DIE for ($19 for 12 squares in a pizza box). When I think of Sicilian I think thick bread but there kind wasn't thick, it says it's thin Sicilian on the website. I splurged and got their cannolis as well (2 for $6).. so more on the pricey side but again it was a splurge and WORTH it. Would go back again if I ever wanted to spend a little more money than usual on pizza.

  Worst pizza ever. Ordered the meat lover, they just cut up a bunch of meat and threw it on. It's not even cooked fully. The pizza arrived cold
  
  Also check before you tip the delivery person, I opened the box and one side was completely destroyed and attached to the top of the box.

  First timer at Ciao even though I have been living  in this area for years!  Stopped in and finally had a burger and it was delicious.  Ordered the California burger with onion rings and it was great.  Hubby had the Fat Cat Burger and be loved it.  Very clean and cozy place to have good burger.

  When this place first opened it was decent, not great but decent. It has absolutely gone to total garbage since then. I have ordered delivery from there twice in the past six months and both times they screwed up my order. Last night I ordered $80 worth of food, here is my review of the dishes:
  Calamari - when I first saw them I thought they were onion rings. Fresh calamari is not that big. It was clearly frozen and breaded in bread crumbs then fried. All I could taste was fryer oil and it was chewy like rubber. Fried calamari is typically freshly cut and tossed in seasoned flour and lightly fried. Will never order this again.
  Chicken cutlet sandwich - again, frozen breaded cutlets that were thrown in a deep fryer.  There was a very thin slice of fresh mozzarella. The tomatoes weren't ripe, they were pink and hard.. gross. The balsamic drizzle was barely existent and appeared to be balsamic dressing. Disgusting!
  Gyro - average but edible
  Cheese calzone - average, nothing special
  Mozzarella sticks - frozen again, not very appetizing but I suppose a young kid would eat them
  Spicy shrimp wrap - ok but the fried jalapeños should be put on the side until ready to eat since they lose their crispiness in the wrap.
  Lastly.. I ordered the wings, mild.. what I got was a container of soggy overly breaded wings (all drums, no wingettes) with barbecue sauce on them. I called to complain bc I had ordered mild sauce and was told that because I ordered online that they don't explain their wings come with different types of barbecue sauce, not the typical buffalo sauce. I was then told to contact Slice, the online ordering site and ask for a refund. I said no, I wanted the correct wings to be delivered to my house. She said ok but I would have to return the wings I got to prove that they were wrong. I thought it was odd but said ok and was told they would send them over right away. AN HOUR LATER, they showed up and said they needed the other wings to check them before they could give me the correct order. Seriously?!?! For the price I paid for this garbage food I expected far better quality and to be treated like a valued customer!! Never again will they get my business, I'd rather eat McDonald's!!

  I've lived in the area for about 6 years and finally ordered from here today. I ordered a couple different items so I could try some of my favorites and this place was awesome. I'm mad at myself for not ordering from here sooner. I ordered pierogis, mozzarella sticks and a jacuzzi dog and I was not disappointed!! So delicious and it arrived still hot. I definitely found my new go to.
